Scalepoint personal data policy for contact forms

It is important for us to protect your personal data. Below you can read which personal data is stored, registered and otherwise processed about you. Scalepoint uses your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and only process data that is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing.

What data do we process?

When you contact Scalepoint Technologies Denmark A/S through contact forms on our website, the following data is collected:

  • Your contact information (your name, your email, and your phone number)

If you request setup of integration between Scalepoint Easyclaims and your own system, we also collect:

  • Contact information (name, email, and phone number) for the relevant contact person at the integration partner, if you provide them.

What purposes do we use your data for?

We collect and use your contact information in order to respond to your inquiry and potentially initiate the initiatives you request.

What is the legal basis for the collection of your data?

Scalepoint collects the above-mentioned data based on legitimate interest, as per the General Data Protection Regulation, art. 6 (1)(f).

Scalepoint's interest lies in being able to respond to your inquiry, and we have assessed that this interest is not outweighed by heavier considerations concerning your rights as the data subject. We only collect the data necessary to fulfill this purpose, and this is done with appropriate and sufficient security measures.

How does Scalepoint process your data?

Scalepoint securely stores your data, and it will be treated confidentially and only internally within Scalepoint by employees relevant to the task. Data will not be shared or disclosed to other data controllers for different purposes.

How long will the data be kept?

Scalepoint only keeps your data for as long as necessary to follow up on your inquiry and potentially initiate the initiatives you request. In any case, your data will be deleted after 1 year.

Your data will be stored under adequate technical and organizational security measures.

Your rights

You have the right to receive a copy of your data and, if necessary, to edit your contact information. You can also request your information to be deleted or subject to restricted processing and obtain them in an electronic format.

You also have the option to file a complaint about the processing with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
