The Help Center is a 24/7, online self-service portal for Scalepoint customers to find answers to challenging issues. It lets you quickly help yourself by searching through our technical and compliance documentation for answers or discovering what our products can do, how they integrate with other systems, and how we care for data.
In this first launch phase, we've gone live with documentation on our settlement tool, ClaimShop, and Privacy and Compliance's Trust Center. In early 2025, you can expect end-user documentation for our remaining products, such as ClaimsCORE and HUB, in the Help Center.
Ultimately, the Help Center will host documentation for all Scalepoint products and services.
