Our Contribution to a More Sustainable World

At Scalepoint, we are committed to helping build a better, safer, and cleaner world. Sustainability is a natural part of our everyday life, both at the office, in how we treat our employees, in the nature of our products, our actions toward our customers, and in our choice of vendors.  We continuously strive to improve our sustainability efforts and participate in ESG events on an ongoing basis to collect the latest knowledge and adaptable initiatives for our business. We base our commitment on the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals, and we take pride in our ESG policy that cements our Scalepoint Spirit and our responsibility as a sustainable workplace. Below you can learn what we do to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

EcoVadis Sustainability Rating

To ensure consistent management, reporting, communication, and evaluation of our sustainability performance, we partnered with EcoVadis whom we have used for our ESG reporting and evaluation since 2020. Every year, EcoVadis rates our sustainability performance based on environmental, labour & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement impacts. Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of more than 90,000+ rated companies.

How We Support the UN Sustainable Development Goals

#3: Good Health & Well-being

A healthy body and mind are key to a good life. At Scalepoint, we highly support good health and work-life balance for our employees.

#5: Gender Equality

Diversity and equality are two very important goals, and at Scalepoint we see both as an essential part of our DNA and our more than 200 employees spread across Europe.

#12: Responsible Consumption and Production

With focus on responsible consumption and production we continuously increase sustainability in our daily operation and options for our customers.

#13: Climate Action

We want to minimise our climate impact by disposing trash sustainably, reducing our energy consumption and reducing food waste as much as possible. We also support electric cars.

#16: Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions

We have no tolerance for corruption and injustice. To fight it, we have a whistleblower system and a Supplier Code of Conduct.
