What is the purpose of collecting the data?
We collect the data to improve Scalepoint’s performance, enhance the usability of our contractual services, to ensure a more efficient handling of insurance claims, and to ensure that Scalepoint is a great place to work.
What is the legal foundation for collecting data?
We collect data based on your consent, General Data Protection Regulation, art. 6 (1)(a).
How is your data used by Scalepoint?
The data we collect is securely stored, will be handled confidentially and only used internally in Scalepoint. Data will not be shared with third parties unless otherwise stipulated.
For how long do Scalepoint keep your data?
Your data will only be retained as needed in accordance with the purpose, and will, under all circumstances, be deleted after 5 years.
Your data will be stored in accordance with the legal requirements to technical and organizational safety measures.
As a respondent, you have the right to access, view and edit your own data. Furthermore, you have the right to have your own data deleted, to have the processing of your data restricted and to receive your own data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have your own data moved to another controller, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Datatilsynet).
