What data are we collecting?

By asking you questions in this survey we collect data on some or all of the following:

• Data on your responses
• E-mail address
• Name
• Language


What is the purpose of collecting the data?

We collect your survey answer data to improve Scalepoint’s performance and enhance the usability of our products and services, to ensure the most efficient and compliant platform. We collect your contact data for us to be able to revert to you and ask for further details to your feed back provided in the survey.


What is the legal foundation for collecting data?

We collect data based on legitimate interest, General Data Protection Regulation, art. 6 (1)(f). Scalepoint’s interest in improving products and services via feed back from users and contract owners and thereby processing minimized personal data under appropriate safeguards for this purpose is considered legitimate and not compromising the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, who can chose not to complete the survey, if the data processing is unwanted.


How is your data used by Scalepoint?

The data we collect is securely stored, will be handled confidentially and only used internally in Scalepoint. Data will not be shared with third parties unless otherwise stipulated.


For how long do Scalepoint keep your data?

Your data will only be retained as needed in accordance with the purpose, and will, under all circumstances, be deleted after 3 years.
Your data will be stored in accordance with the legal requirements to technical and organizational safety measures.


Your rights

As a respondent, you have the right to access, view and edit your own data. Furthermore, you have the right to have your own data deleted, to have the processing of your data restricted and to receive your own data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have your own data moved to another controller, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Datatilsynet).
