Scalepoint’s claims automation has arrived in Switzerland
At Zurich Insurance Company, the first claim was reported through our self-service module and subsequently settled with no hands involved.
Scalepoint’s automation module checks with a variety of configurable algorithms whether claimed goods, cost and other circumstances comply with Zurich’s guidelines. If everything is in good order, the claim is processed, settled and closed automatically. As usual, customers receive their settlement in the branded online shop.
