With the Scalepoint EasyClaims solution Popermo will get access to a pre-configured standard SaaS solution with a comprehensive list of claims handling functionalities as well as access to an extensive ecosystem of suppliers. Given that the system is pre-configured and easy to integrate go-live is expected already within the next 6-8 months.

Tue Høilund-Carlsen, CEO at Scalepoint says "We are very happy to further strengthen our close corporation with Popermo and proud that one additional insurance company has selected our SaaS solution as their sole claim system instead of doing expensive and own customized development with potential high risk."

As part of the agreement Scalepoint will continue the development of their product and extend the EasyClaims product to offer an integrated online claim registration interface (configurable FNOL). This will allow an even higher part of claims that can be fully automated when using EasyClaims.

The agreement with Popermo provides us with the opportunity to continue developing innovative solutions for claims handling to the benefit of all our existing and potential new customers and their end-customers,” adds Sune Dyrlund Aagaard, VP of sales at Scalepoint.

According the Henrik Boysen it will be an advantage for both employees and customers. He says "EasyClaims will give our employees a single system interface to manage all tasks, communication, settlement and documentation related to claim processing. The 'My Claim- functionality that allows all involved stakeholders to follow the claim and know the claims status. It will be integrated in to Popermos current 'My site' and app."
