Popermo selects Scalepoints EasyClaims solution as their end-to-end claim system
Scalepoint is proud to announce that Popermo has decided to expand their use of Scalepoint’s solutions and use the advanced SaaS system EasyClaims as their full enterprise claims system across all claim categories.
Henrik Boysen, CEO at Popermo says, “at Popermo we want to deliver the best experience to our members(customers) when a claim happens. With EasyClaims we will provide our members with a consistent and recognizable single interface and have much better opportunities for digitalization and automation.
The digitalization and automation of our claims processes will increase our availability, transparency and handling time thereby making it much easier being a Popermo member. With the implementation of the EasyClaims solution we will make a quantum leap forward to being one of the market’s leading companies in terms of digitalized claims handling.”
With the Scalepoint EasyClaims solution Popermo will get access to a pre-configured standard SaaS solution with a comprehensive list of claims handling functionalities as well as access to an extensive ecosystem of suppliers. Given that the system is pre-configured and easy to integrate go-live is expected already within the next 6-8 months.

As part of the agreement Scalepoint will continue the development of their product and extend the EasyClaims product to offer an integrated online claim registration interface (configurable FNOL). This will allow an even higher part of claims that can be fully automated when using EasyClaims.
“It is very much in Scalepoint’s DNA to work closely with our customers and do co-creation of new useful features. The agreement with Popermo provides us with the opportunity to continue developing innovative solutions for claims handling to the benefit of all our existing and potential new customers and their end-customers,” adds Sune Dyrlund Aagaard, VP of sales at Scalepoint.
According the Henrik Boysen it will be an advantage for both employees and customers. He says “EasyClaims will give our employees a single system interface to manage all tasks, communication, settlement and documentation related to claim processing. The ‘My Claim- functionality that allows all involved stakeholders to follow the claim and know the claims status. It will be integrated in to Popermos current ‘My site’ and app.”
