Taksatorringen selects EasyClaims Motor to support their digital transformation

Scalepoint is thrilled about the new agreement with Taksatorringen and is proud of being chosen as the software company that will aid them in their digital transformation. This agreement will provide Scalepoint with a great deal of knowledge, as well as offering Taksatorringen better opportunities to focus on their core competencies.

Taksatorringen organizes claim assessments on motor vehicles and auto repair shop network administration on behalf of 24 insurance companies in Denmark. In the past years, the number of claims has increased and therefore has led Taksatorringen to evaluate on how to work smarter and more digitalized. The conclusion was to replace their legacy system with a SaaS solution.

“Scalepoint’s platform will help us to differentiate the service we provide to our members, which will be an important factor in the future. We will now have a tool that helps us to focus on the right claims and optimizes our use of contract workshops”, says Marianne Wier, CEO at Taksatorringen.

With this agreement, Scalepoint will provide three modules of EasyClaims Motor to Taksatorringen. AI Cost Control will aid them with automation and validation of repair offers, Repair Journey improves the administration of their auto repair shop network and FORSI Data Warehouse will optimize their statistics. Scalepoint sees Taksatorringen as an important client in the further development of the three modules.

“We foresee great opportunities with Taksatorringen as a client. We are looking forward to benefit from their high professional inputs and to improve our solutions even further. I’m proud of what we are capable of when we combine our competencies and a good example of this is that we have delivered AI Cost Control loaded with automation and validation rules in just six weeks”, says Tue Høilund-Carlsen, CEO at Scalepoint.

In addition, Taksatorringen sees great opportunities in the cooperation. The agreement will improve Taksatorringen’s focus on their core competencies and secure a better way to support their customers. The technological development and insight into data are crucial to the processes at Taksatorringen.

“We have great expectations for this cooperation. We provide with our technical expertise, while Scalepoint provides their competence within software development. I believe that, in working together, we will create a great product”, says Marianne Wier.

The cooperation shows how Scalepoint’s solutions and knowledge regarding digitalization and automation are swift and simple to integrate in any company.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
