Our database allows our clients or their appointed experts to estimate the value of lost or damaged items from our vast database of current and historic models.  It shows make, model, specification, pictures, current retail price and cost to replace. In the event that the model is no longer available it presents comparative replacement models.  As would be expected these databases can be fully branded to any client's identity.

The client can then either effect the replacement or allow the customer access to our on-line replacement shop so that they may buy themselves, the customer's account being pre-loaded with the amount of their settlement, any purchases they make carrying any agreed "insurer" discounts.  If they cannot find anything suitable in our replacement shop they can opt to purchase vouchers that can be used at a wide range of High Street retailers. Any items purchased are shipped directly to an address of their choosing at no additional cost with the ability to arrange fitting and installation.
